| Trails launches online reservations |
|
|
As part of its endeavor to continuously upgrade its service standards and customer experience, Trails is happy to announce the launch of its online reservations module.
This online reservation system allows you to book rooms, automatically, giving you package discounts if the bookings fall within the validity of the package.
|
|
|
|
| Payments for the bookings can be made using any of the following. |
Online Reservations for following resorts are currently available at: |

- Orange County, Coorg
- Orange County, Kabini
- Hoysala village Resort
- Kurumba village Resort

|

 The Online Reservation system works as below: |
|
 |
|
 Visit the Tariffs or Value Packages page from any resort section by clicking on the appropriate
Indian Nationals or Foreign Nationals link.
|
|
In Tariffs/Value Packages page, on the price table you will find Book Online or Book links. Book Online link indicates
the room types for which online reservation facility is currently available. Book link guides you through an e-mail based enquiry
system. Clicking Book Online or Book links will take you to a Calendar page
|
|
Calendar page will show the chosen Resort Name and Cottage Name on top.
X mark on a date on the Calendar indicates non-availability of room.
Place mouse over the date for a second to see a tool tip on available rooms.
Choose check-in date and check out date on calendar.
Choose Number of rooms from drop down box
Choose Number of Adults from drop down box of each room
Choose Number of children from drop down box of each room.
Click Show rates

Show Rates page will give you the complete details of your booking including Total Amount and Package Discounts & Package
Value (If the stay dates fall within package validity). If the booking details and terms and conditions are acceptable, click Book
Room. If you want to alter booking click Back to Calendar
|

In Personal Details page, fill in all details clearly. You may include a special instruction for Trails to note. Click Proceed to
payment gateway
|
|
The payment gateway has been setup in association PaySeal from ICICI Bank
our authorized merchant processor. Fill in their forms and click Submit Form.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
 Please note that clicking SUBMIT FORM will process and debit your Card/Account for the Total Amount / Package Value.
You will be connected to the Payment Gateway and your payment will be authorized in approximately 10 seconds. After
authorization,you will automatically be redirected to a Confirmation Voucher page.
After viewing the Confirmation Voucher details, please click Generate Confirmation Voucher (Printable PDF format) to take a print
out and produce the same at the resort during check-in
